1. 30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth process, please contact us within this 30-day period before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Return Reasons and Related Fees

We handle returns based on the reason for the return.

Quality Issues, Damaged Items, or Incorrect Products

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We may offer a full refund, replacement, or another suitable solution after reviewing the issue.

For approved quality-related returns or replacements, Ryvaxo will cover the related costs.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can process your request quickly.

Non-Quality Issue Returns

For returns due to personal reasons, such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, choosing the wrong model, color preference, style preference, or no longer needing the product, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-quality issue returns.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned within the approved return period.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and parts.

The item must not show signs of installation, modification, misuse, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items

Gift cards

Used or installed products

Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or improper handling

Items returned without prior authorization

5. How to Start a Return

Order number

Email address used for the order

Reason for return

Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not fit your setup

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and packaging guidelines.

Please do not send the item back before receiving approval from our customer service team.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges

If you need a different product, model, or version, please contact us first.

In most cases, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.
