We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $99 USD.

For orders under $99 USD, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method.

Remote areas, islands, or special destinations may require additional shipping fees. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you before shipment.

3. Shipping Time

Ryvaxo ships via express services or special shipping lines depending on your destination, product type, and courier availability.

Average global delivery time is usually 10–15 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination and product, we may use carriers or shipping services such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, YanWen, EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, or other reliable logistics providers.

Ryvaxo will choose the most suitable shipping method unless otherwise requested by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to complete customs clearance, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
